i saw some crutching being done the other weekend! poor sheepies who were fly blown wernt a great site, but otherwise i felt like a man just watching. hard work, long hours. great shot!
This tells a story or two, and leaves much up to the imagination. I admire the dof and warm hues of the wood as backdrop to the shiny metal of the shears. Good series, although I think this one appeals most as most enigmatic.
The whole Tubbo series is impressive Ralph — perfect control of exposure, a wonderful palette of clours, and a lovely sense of composition…and what a great subject (though this last one makes me a bit edgy!)
Cheers mate. Hey, you must be doing something right…i noticed your name mentioned in some forum or other as an artist whose work makes one go ‘WOW” I concur!

Ha! Me too!!! This is the colour series.
I have Mono and speia toned images to add yet.
This gives the managers and staff and shearers a chance to see the pics for a few weeks.
