    Great article Ross. And terrorists are not going to be so obvious, are they. Someone openly taking photos is not the one people should be worried about. Privacy gone crazy, once again.

    A friend once stopped to take an opportune photo of a family having a picnic outside the state library in Melbourne. (He was studying photography at the time). He got back in his car and drove off towards home. 15 minutes later he was pulled over by police near his house and had to relinquish his film which could be collected at a later date if everything checked out. This was 10 years ago… in Melbourne! even before all this 9/11 malarky.

    Privacy and civil liberties have been fucked for some time now.

    Crazy isn’t it. School children really should be taught what the police can and can’t do. Now more than ever.
