A painter interested in people and their lives, interested in the gap between what we think we are and what is real, and what is going on in the world.

I live in a regional town in south east Australia and have a studio in my backyard. My art studies have inspired a love of all the great artists, periods, movements and the psychology of art. I prefer to write about images and would be more inclined to do this as the work is posted rather then write journal entries. I have worked with young and old as an artist/ teacher and have worked in a Gallery and prison. Life drawing and painting I love. Currently I am working on my Photoshop skills to upgrade my digital presentation by way of composites and montages. I still have a lot to learn.

I was so pleased to find the RB and find the thriving and vibrant creative life that exists here. There is a great wall of information, visuals and writing that never ceases to surprise and amaze and I have barely scratched the surface.
