I’m on overload from the misty/rural/trip shots (45 folders) so have reached back into the archives for a change …

Taken at the Australian Pioneer Village (Wilberforce, near Windsor NSW) … at our RB Rumble Christmas 2011 meetup. More detail visible in the larger view!

Single JPEG x 3 @ +/- 1 ev in Photomatix and finished in CS3 and Vivesa with a rust overlay.
Sony R1

I suffer from viewfinder vision (find myself visualising a frame around everything I see) so my genre is “anything that moves and most things that don’t”!!

I don’t so much wish to document places and things, as to evoke feeling and emotion.

This leads to a diverse portfolio and constantly overloaded external hard drives…not to mention some burning of the midnight oil as I keep looking for that elusive perfect process for yet another ‘masterpiece’!!!

    Hi Rosalie
great capture have not seen on of these IH tractors for years, and the old building in the background, very good capture of yesterday.

  • I looked closely for a make or a badge on the tractor and it appeared to be namless so thanks Rod for providing that for me! This Village is fabulous – having been used not long ago for the making of the TV series Wild Boys, the old buildings and surrounds are at their best. With volunteers manning the Village though they can’t open it more than one day a week mostly. A little like Timbertown in atmosphere and appearance! Thanks for the visit and encouragement. Glad you like it …
