Temora Museum is a little known gem! Comprised of multiple buildings, all packed with memorabilia and relics from the past, the museum grounds even showcase a small church, a small school, and Sir Donald Bradman’s family slab hut in which he was raised, all relocated and carefully restored to keep the original appearance. Sheds dedicated to various makes of machinery, old ambulances, themed displays etc will keep the visitor occupied for hours! Combined with the Aviation Museum at the other end of town, there is certainly a weekend’s worth of great photo opportunities to be had!
PS This happens to be less than an hour’s drive from Junee so if you would like to add a day or two to next March’s Rhythm ’n Rail Rumble, you could maximise your time and include Temora in your round trip!
