Doyles Watson's Bay by Rosalie Dale

I suffer from viewfinder vision (find myself visualising a frame around everything I see) so my genre is “anything that moves and most things that don’t”!!

I don’t so much wish to document places and things, as to evoke feeling and emotion.

This leads to a diverse portfolio and constantly overloaded external hard drives…not to mention some burning of the midnight oil as I keep looking for that elusive perfect process for yet another ‘masterpiece’!!!

Print it & take it in & see if they want to hang it on their wall.
    Great work.
Will have to put this on the list as well.

  • I have an idea Gail – you need to spend six months in Sydney and six months at home, at this rate!!! Pleased you like it.

Fantastic capture Rosalie and love the treatment. Unfortunately I have never been there but have head they have good fish and chips. That is a must next time I am in Sydney.

  • Noelene it is a relaxed ferry ride from The Quay – a decadent way to spend a day (and get fortified to walk up to The Gap and take some ocean pics!!) – pleased you like it. Thank you for the favouriting

How nice! What a mood. A lazy summer Sunday afternoon at the beach, warm sand, people walking in the edge of the calm water and a restaurant all down in the sand.
Amazing amount of details you’ve caught here. Very nice light and colours. Brilliant processing.
How I’m looking forward to summer here. No Doyles on our beaches, though.

  • With your beaches Kofoed who needs Doyles!!! Thanks for the thumbs up.
