The Farmer's Daughter by Rosalie Dale
My granddaughter Zoe photographed on my back verandah yesterday, Treated in CS3 to create a nostalgic image – original photograph plus two photos of textured material and the ‘ticking’ background were used.
Thanks to Sarah for saving me from total baldness by offering advice, finding the appropriate background, and helping with finishing tweaks! (Now to remember the shortcuts!!!)

Wow , this is really beautiful ,I love the aged look you have given the picture .
She’d just had dance classes – I couldn’t resist the ‘classic’ look so we rigged up a very dodgy sheet for a background, and fired off some shots – getting from an imagined image to the real thing then took quite a lot of trial and error! Thanks Irene for the kind words.
