Making use of my neighbour’s dying Gardenias once again …
Treated in CS3 for a more vintage effect and a second photo of scratched metal blended.

I suffer from viewfinder vision (find myself visualising a frame around everything I see) so my genre is “anything that moves and most things that don’t”!!
I don’t so much wish to document places and things, as to evoke feeling and emotion.
This leads to a diverse portfolio and constantly overloaded external hard drives…not to mention some burning of the midnight oil as I keep looking for that elusive perfect process for yet another ‘masterpiece’!!!

Nice work Rosalie…. nothing like a good dying Gardenia I always say…. :-)
My neighbour was so bemused Andrew that he picked me a whole huge bunch of semi-dead ones and gave them to me with a flourish and a kiss!!! I have to make use of them somehow . . .

It’s a learning curve Sharon – each time I learn more NOT to do!!! Thank you for the kind words.

Beautifl Rosalie! I was just out at the Gardenias looking for bugs to macro – I think you have been much more successful with Gardenias than I have!
I find I often have to try and dodge ants on Gardenias Neil – they must be sweet!!! The dead blooms are more forgiving – all the bugs and glitches can be excused! Have you tried looking under the leaves and flowers?!
