Noelene – I’m an old farm girl so I wasn’t pushing the boundaries too far – there was also a bull and one eye was firmly on him!
Shaddy – the fence (such as it was!!!) was between us – and I had my running shoes on!
Thanks all for the visit and kind comments. This was taken at 5.20am (I still can’t believe it!!! Not me!!!) so it was beautiful soft light.

Cool shot – good thing there was that fence it doesnt look very happy about you being there!

The bull was even less happy – he came right over but thankfully he seemed to understand my soothing utterances! Perhaps the miracle of me getting up so early carried over to protection from the beasties also!

Ha, this looks like our old cow Bertha! My Grand daughter feeds her weetbix of all things! Great shot Rosalie, the colours are very good.

I can well imagine her eating weetbix – they’re made from wheat after all!!! I’ve always had a soft spot for cows – something about those big soppy eyes! Thanks Craig for your kind words and visit.

What makes this “cow landscape” work is the angle and composition. This could have been a dull shot, but you made an “ordinary” subject extraordinary.
