Just magnificent, Rosalie!!!!! I really love the dried rose (is this the hip or beginning of the hip?) itself … I’ve always loved dried / dead flowers … and the form of this one and subtle color is so atmospheric. Not to mention this fabulous texture!! Looks like you’ve been sneaking some beauties in on me that I’ve missed!!!! HEAVENS!!!!!

:+)) Hard to keep up with everyone masterpieces on the ‘bub’ Lois – thak you for the wonderful words and the favouriting!!! (Congrats on scoring the D300 – wow!!! Looking forward to where that leads you!)
I think this shot is the beginning of the hip – it eventually becomes just the round solid ‘hip’ after all the bits fall off!

Love this series Rosalie – you should check out Corporate Art/Themes and Sets of Two – they have strict submission rules but you should breeze it in!
