Sarah Moore
Oooh – this one is pretty, looks like it is being blown away!
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
I thought she looked as though she were a ballerina about to leap across a stage (that’s my strange late night thoughts after too much time at the monitor!).
Sue Kane
Beautiful work Rosalie…terrific series!
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
Glad you like the old ‘dead heads’ Sue! Thanks for the visit and kind words.
Peter Evans
Wow truly magnificent, instant fav :-))
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
Sheesh Peter -thanks for the favouriting! It was one I dithered over (hence the 2 layers of texture – couldn’t seem to get what I wanted with this one!) – so I am doubly pleased that you like it!
Warren Williams
They are all GREAT wall hangers, Top series .
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
Hold onto your hat – I was aiming for a calendar, so we may end up with twelve!

What an incredible imagination you have! To be able to conjure up an image like this out of the ingredients you mention is nothing short of miraculous. Wonderful work. Peter

GailD
Great series. There may be enough for a calendar. Beautiful.
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
I think I may need to go process something else for a while to give everyone a break Gail! There’s certainly enough dead roses … am thinking how else I may be able to use them!
margo
You’ve really turned this theme into a series of beautiful fine art works. Bravo! Look forward to seeing more when you have had a break from them for awhile. Cheers Rosalie.

Amazing work, Rosalie. A wonderful series. True pieces of art. I wish I had such a creative mind.
Don’t know why, but I had the impression that you would make three of these, and when I saw this no. 5, I thought: Is it raining that much down there?
I now see your aim is a complete calendar.
Great work, this calendar is going to be a winner.
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
On the one hand Keld, yes it has been raining a lot. On the other, Margo encouraged the calendar idea so I’ll aim for it – with a break in between or I’ll lose my viewing public!!! There’s still plenty of other shots in ‘file 13’ languishing … Thanks for your kind words.
Tanya Bright
A striking and beautiful series of images, Rosalie. Most impressive.
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
Much appreciated Tanya thank you – (I still have a smile on my face after discovering your primate shot – that really is a winner!)
Dennis Gay
Oh yeah ROSALIE!
You are certainly getting it all together with this one. Light, colour, form, motion – all coalesce into a lovely collage.
Sweet viewing.

Rosalie Dale IPA replied
I was of two minds about this one, so thanks Dennis – the redeeming thing, I felt, was the sense of motion in the way the petals were held … so I kept at it till I found something that seemed to work. These dead-heads are a challenge, but an excellent learning tool!
Suzanne Chouinard
Great artistic photo. Nice textures that give a painted feeling.
Rosalie Dale IPA replied
Thank you for the favouriting Sucho!
