Magnificent picture. I don’t mind the smoke haze; for me, it adds dimension and atmosphere. I can understand your viewpoint, wishing the shot had been crisper, but that might have made it just impossibly perfect.

Glorious capture, Rosalie. Great lighting with warm tones to the left and cooler tones in the shadows to the right. And the fence is gorgeous. Lovely blue sky.
The smoke? Well, it should have been cosier without the bush fire, though the smoke does add a nice, hazy look to the background.
