Vintage effect ...
Experimenting with a very simple vintage effect … if you like it, I’ll post a tutorial. The process requires layers and while I did it in photoshop, I can’t see why it wouldn’t work in Elements. It is very effective on portraits also.

Ah it depends a lot on the photo you choose, and on any extra bits you may like to add (I did add some blur to this and then erased some away to let through the areas I wanted to feature) ... keep trying! I have hundreds of shots that are processed but not uploaded!!!
