Springtime blues . . .

Rosalie Dale IPA

Springtime blues . . .

Have searched websites trying to find the correct name for this flower – it is not a Clematis, it is not a Scabiosa – all suggestions welcome!!

A bit of experimentation in CS3 led to this result.

Ten months ago I took and processed a flower from the same bush very differently

  1. Landscapes
  2. Trees
  3. Cards
  4. EOD
  5. Rusty
  6. Flowers
  7. Architecture
  8. Macro
  9. CatchAll
  10. DM

here in the states we have master gardener groups associated w/ each state’s landgrant university. am wondering if you might have anything like that to help you id your blossom. (that’s the kind of thing we do for folks here, answer various questions pertaining to gardening, plants, diseases, etc) don’t know what this might be, but it sure is lovely!

I often go to Fagan Park … I wonder if we passed by each other ?

I never found anything as beautiful as this. You have the eye of a true artist.

  • Rosalie Dale IPA replied

Hey if you are going to Fagan give me a yell!! Some weeks I am there every day of the week!! (Was your Santa shot actually near my place? We’ve had someone very heroic waving all day every day for ages now at the big roundabout!) ... This flower was in the garden at the homestead … it is worth poking around in nooks and crannies up there you never know what you are going to find. Thanks for the kind words Sooz.
