Surprising amount of colour as it was about to bucket down – a huge storm – and then I ran around doing the same photos with droplets!!! This garden doesn’t seem to be opening for the Spring month this year. Thanks for the visit dad.

The lighting is magnificent here, Rosalie. I wonder how you do this. The minor details in the back are beautifully soft.

Hey Keld – part of the trick was the storm about to hit, other than that some processing (HDR – some tweaks in curves in lab colour mode) trying to give the scene a seductive feel. As the ‘king of light’ I am flattered that you like this!! Thank you my friend.

This actually is someone’s private garden – they open it once a year, in spring, to raise funds for charity and as part of the Spring Festival in the area. Wouldn’t be bad to have in the backyard!! Thank you Cordelia
