Shandon And The Firkin Crane In The Fog by

Shandon church in the fog and the Firkin Crane Arts/Dance Centre. A shot that has been taken by thousands of people over the years who have taken the time to walk up Dominic Street to the Old Cork butter Exchange. This was taken in the fog and yes you guessed it at night. On a Bronica loaded with Tri-X at f16 for 8 seconds, the flare is so to speak, it started to rain and there was a drop of water on the lens.

the thing is Shandon is known as the four faced liar as there is a clock on each face and often different time for each face..

    so you’ll never know
it was dark wet and november it could have been 12 noon in cork
