I worked for 36 years as a photographer at a University near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I loved my work and wasn’t ready retire but they booted me out at 65 and am I ever glad they did. Now I travel all over the world and am taking far more photographs than I ever did when I worked full time at it. Between trips I give presentations to natural history societies, university organizations, many camera clubs, garden clubs and botanical gardens in my area. I’m having a ball and highly recommend retirement.
