Profile
Photography has had an important role in my life since I was a high school student many, many years ago. My first 35mm camera was an old Argus C3 with which I learned the basic fundamentals of photography, and actually used to shoot my first wedding. Since then I’ve used quite an array of photographic equipment, from 35 mm right on up through medium format, 4×5 and now digital.
My wife Becky and I, our two children and 4 grandchildren live in Wasilla, Alaska, having moved here from Yakima, Washington in 1986. We are very appreciative of our very scenic surroundings.
Having a full-time job at an equipment rental store limit’s the freedom I have to pursue photography, but I still seem to have plenty of time for photography when I’m not behind a sales counter.
I still photograph weddings on a regular basis and my days off will find me searching for photographic subjects. Photography is my passion and has been for many years. I hope you enjoy viewing my work.

A Lost Friend Calls
I felt a burden lifted from my shoulders. A forty year burden. In its place was a feeling of warmth. A feeling of relief.
