Ooooh, I love it! Perfect sky you had for this, too!

  • Thank you so much, Kim. It was a dreary, rainy day.

LOVE these old shacks, what a fantastic edit, Terence. Instant fave, my friend!

  • Thanks, Chris. This was the very last of 10 photos I took on a cold, rainy day. Let me mention that I can deal with cold and I can deal with rain, but I simply abhor cold rain. ;) Anyway, after I downloaded the images, I instantly picked this as my best shot of the day!

When you go out to take these shots, please, do not sneeze ! Love the cactus on the side. Great processing for the right color. Good composition. Love the tension of the shot.

  • My fear of sneezing forces me to use a tripod religiously. ;) See my comment to Chris above. Your wonderfully insightful comments are always a delight to receive, David, as you always see what I did right!!! I even take your negative critiques to heart, because you were genuinely assistful in the development of my HDR skills. Keep it up, my friend!

    Another awesome shot!

  • Thanks, Etienne! Sometimes you just know when you have a good one. This was one of those times! I admire your ability to stand still enough to take three shots without a tripod. I can’t hold my breath that long! ;)

Awesome capture and magical HDR,, my next project is to learn how to do this.

  • Thank you, my friend. Be careful with HDR, it is addicting and time consuming.
