White-lipped Tree Frog by roger smith

Currently unavailable for purchase

Litoria infrafrenata … Also known as the Giant Tree Frog, it’s the worlds largest tree frog (4-5.5 inches). Its toes have large discs supplied with sticky mucus to grip branches and palm fronds. They descend to swamps in the breeding season … photographed at Taronga Zoo, Sydney.

Now retired, I have found the time to take my cameras and equipment to some fascinating places …in Australia, and countries around the world including Canada, Alaska, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa Kenya and Zanzibar.
I mainly shoot landscapes , animals (domestic and wild) flora and fauna and anything to do with nature … I am owned by a wife and two cats and I’m a citizen of Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia …thanks for stopping by.
