To run along a white trimmed beach
with little yellow shells buried half
in the sand along the water’s edge,
almost hidden by tiny crystal bubbles
left by the new tide washing the shore.
To run smiling, almost laughing with
little thoughts and fantasies twirling
in your mind and reflecting in your
eyes, along with the setting sun,
so red and so beautiful.
Have you ever wanted to just dance….
To dance around and around till you
fall, looking up at the sun kissed clouds
that were made just for you to enjoy with
your imagination of seeing flying horses
and little bear faces.
Yes, have you ever wanted to just run….
