Hills near Amata aborigine community in central Australia, bathed in warm sunset colours caused by recent passing of a red dust storm.

Canon EOS50D. 55-250mm lens at 65mm. ISO 200, f6.3, 1/250 sec.

I worked with photography for the best part of 40 years in my ‘work’ life – reproducing the work of professional photographers for print media.
I loved the colour saturation and clarity of Velvia 35mm slide film so now I’m trying to emulate this when processing my digital files.
I hope you enjoy my work – even though the library is quite small so far.

That’s the outback Roger. Great shot.

  • Thanks for the comment John. Don’t know if I’ll ever get back that way again but I’d love to spend more time in the outback.

    Another beauty Roger.

  • Thanks again for comment Terry. Unfortunately my number of ‘good’ shots from this trip is very limited.
