FEATURED NOV 2009 THE WORLD AS WE SEE IT OR AS WE MISSED IT
FEATURED AUG 2009 GOING COASTAL
FEATURED SEP 2009 TUESDAY AFTERNOONS
This was taken tonight out walking around out front of our home, along Melbourne’s great foreshores. The clouds were brewing, and we hoped for more rain.
I thought the colors were so nice tonight. Maybe they are every night, just my eyes are seeing them better tonight.

I love the color too. What a perfect capture. What kind of trees do you have along your shores.
rodeorose replied 12 days ago
Thanks Tori- these are called Tea Trees. Very scrubby and not particularly attractive…but they produce an amazing essential oil you may be familiar with ! Down here they are very commonplace along the foreshore.
tori yule 12 days ago
I noticed that the trees were scrubby looking but I still think they are pretty. We have a lot of pine trees, all kinds. I’m sure they help with erosion and it’s great that you get the oils from them.

Love the atmospher and colours in this one. Plus the compositions’ wonderful as well – the break in the clouds lining up with the break in the trees make it look like a gateway; very ethereal.
