Tamil Nadu, India

I am short he was very tall so i had to stand on a box to get this ‘quick!!’ shot – but this is the fun of photography – the ‘in the moment’ shots that you have to be prepared for including -where in the hell is that harsh Indian sun.

but all in all I think the shot with all those problems still gives him – the subject of the photograph – strength and dignity.

Wonderful picture that leaves me feeling impressed with the character of the man … without ever meeting him! Great communication in the shot.

I adore the ‘in the moment’ shots the best and this definitely fits that category in every way! He looks like such a proud man; he also comes across as a very happy and content person.

Your images are wonderful and remind me of my time spent in India a couple of years ago. Everywhere you look there is something to photograph.
