I was so inspired by wolfepaw’s fractal trees that I decided to search through my UF for tree formulas. This was made in UltraFractal 5 from a KPK Treebarney. I rendered it as a psd file so I could use layer effects in Photoshop CS. I added a layer with the Redfield iEmboss filter, using the Luminosity blending mode, to give this the look of a tapestry.
Autumn has always been my favorite season of the year. My only problem with it is that our Halloween snows cut it short. I would gladly exchange our White Christmas for an orange, gold and red holiday season! This is my idea of an Autumn Christmas tree. We could hold off on winter snow until New Year’s Day and still have four months for skiing, with an extra month for snow melt. Five months of winter is plenty.
