3/7/11 – Featured in the EARTH AND HEAVENS Group.
Brian photographed this unusual sunset in our neighborhood, a couple of years ago. It sat around on my computer, forgotten, until recently. I couldn’t let this photo go completely, because I have never seen a sunset like this, before or after.
I downloaded a full trial version of the Topaz DeJPEG filter and put it to work, getting rid of the low res jpg noise in the photo. I also used the Nik Glamour Glow filter to smooth over the high ISO noise.

I’ll check them out when Jimmy goes to Facebook. We’d heard that the Seattle area was getting snow, especially weird this time of year. It got down to 8 below zero here this morning, and Jimmy had to do construction work in it. Ugh!
