While I was preparing photos of this beautiful home, I remembered taking pictures of it in August, so I went digging through my old photos to find one that was a similar viewpoint. I thought it would be nice to show you two different seasons. Montana only has two seasons: five months of hot and seven months of cold.

This old home dates back to the 1880’s and is part of the Kalispell Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Both photos were taken in 2010 (one in August and the other in November), in Kalispell, Montana (USA) with a Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS camera. I played with both of them in Photoshop CS to give them more of a look of an illustration.

That looks very nice. I like the summer one best cause I`m not real fond of snow or cold weather. Great shots.

  • Thanks, Bingo! I’m not a winter person either, unless I’m inside and the heater works really well. Unfortunately, one of the heaters in the livingroom isn’t giving off any heat. I wondered why the cats had stopped laying down in front of it.

I love this Kathleen! Looks great seeing in both of your seasons! lol

  • Thanks! I like all two of our seasons, but prefer the hot one. I’d rather rake leaves than shovel snow.
