This is the same home that I photographed this last spring in “Old Kalispell”, taken from the opposite side, and during a snowstorm. The white halo above the house was the sun trying to burn its way through the clouds. This was the extent of the sunset that we had for Thanksgiving.
These beautiful Victorian homes are found in the Kalispell Historic District (Montana, USA), which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Shaun and Ann were lucky enough to find a home to rent in this neighborhood.
This snowstorm gave us temperatures near thirty degrees, instead of the forecasted 20 below zero that we had been expecting. We were supposed to have set a record low for Montana for Thanksgiving, but I don’t mind missing out on the record books. We had a great Thanksgiving, except for a minor traffic accident that Jimmy got in, late that night. The airbags did more damage to his car than the collision did, though. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving too!
Photo taken November 25, 2010 with a Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS camera.
Here’s a view of the same house, taken earlier in the day, during the snowstorm and from the other side:

Great shot lots of beautiful snow.
Thanks! I don’t mind it when we get lots of snow. It acts as insulation and keeps our home warmer in the winter.

All that snow makes it look even lovelier. Shaun and Ann are lucky. :)
Thay are lucky. We’re trying to find a place to rent in the same area, but rent is high and availabilities are almost nonexistent.
