Shaun, Ann and I stopped at the scenic overlook, across the Columbia River from Vantage, Washington. It’s a beautiful, but tiring walk, and I sat down on the wall to rest on the way back to the highway. I loved the way they built the walls from the volcanic rock found at this site and decided to photograph it. The plants abutting the wall are wild sagebrush.

Photo taken in September, 2010 with a Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS camera.

    What a lovely capture.

  • Thanks, Bunny! I was just too tired to get up and move around. Sometimes laziness pays off.
