This is actually a revised version of an older upload. I had to trade a little extra noise for better contrast in this one.
This was taken in Fall of 2009 at Lake MacDonald in Glacier National Park, Montana (USA), on the shore of the historic Lake MacDonald Lodge.
Photo taken with a Nikon CoolPix P80 and contrast was adjusted in Photoshop CS2.

Nice subtle tones, I can see how you would have needed to work it a little in photoshop; sometimes it can be hard to balance an exposure when there are such strong light and dark areas in a scene. Very calming image.
