Another version of the fountain in Woodland Park, Kalispell, Montana (USA). I was standing next to a little wooden bridge that spands the pond. I love this little haven from the hot summer sun. It’s my favorite area of Woodland Park.
The park used to be part of the grounds of the Conrad Mansion, where Charles Conrad’s bison herd roamed a century ago.
Conrad’s daughter, Alicia, lived in the mansion until the 1960’s, when she donated the house and grounds to the city of Kalispell. Tours of the estate and grounds are still available in the summer. You can find more information about the Conrad Mansion Museam at conradmansion.com
