Vajramukti “Divine Thunderbolt” or “Dharma-clasped hand”: A comprehensive system of mind/body training practiced by the Kshatriya (“Warrior”) class of ancient India. Circa A.D. 520, Bodhidharma-Tamo traveled from India to China, where he shared these teachings with the monks of the Sung Mountain Range (Hunan Province), forming the genesis of the legendary Shaolin martial tradition.
