An Unusual Angle of the Landmark Building.
buildings, san francisco transamerica
I think we were standing in almost the same place! Nice shot.
Really? How cool:-) It’s quite a building ,isn’t it?
Very cool perspective! Excellent!
Thanks So Much,Karen:-)
Cool shot. Love the perspective.
Just looking at that thing is making both my eyes/neck ache; and, all I’m actually looking at is just a mere photo; and, not even the real building! So many windows…when I looked up…that eventually I stopped counting, and, just quit! A very deeply FASCINATING photo; with WONDERFUL composition technique! ;-)
I believe that one of the primary purposes of us being able to share together photos online; is so that we can get to see places/and, share cultures which otherwise we would never ever see; as not everybody is willing…or can even afford…to go travel miles just to see those same foreign places themselves. So, thanks very much for sharing; I always wondered what a really tall American skyscraper building would look like when being seen from the bottom; then, looking up; and, now, I feel I well and truly know; the view is, quite truly, AMAZING!
Yes,it’s quite a building, sin’t it? it also has an unuslal shape;i have another pic of it called North Beach,San Francisco you can see what i mean.
Yes,looking at photos is a way of seeing the world but there’s nothing is like seinge the real thing up close. However, your’e right about it being expensive;but,if you save your money you can come to the U.S.(I suggest NYC if you really want to see Skyscrapers:-)
I noticed you live in England & I would really love to visit it because of the incredible old castles & buildings & just the history there; The U.S is just a baby(ok,a Teenager) compared w/the UK & Europe! Btw,are you on Facebook?
Hi, thanks very much for your reply. Yes, you can find me on Facebook; just search to go find my name. As they say, grass always seems much greener on the other side of the fence; for me, visiting seeing America would be, well and truly, exciting; because seeing England is all that I know. Good luck. Take care! Right now, I will go and check out seeing your other photo of this same building you said you went and took; that is, if I can find it…?!
Yea, I already went and seen that building before inside of your Photography portfolio; I did think it had an unsual shape; looks just like a rocket! As usual, you take BRILLIANT photos; thanks again! ;-)
Thanks Again,Paul:-) I’ll see you of Facebook!
Marvelous perspective, gives me vertigo!
(lol)Sorry about that! but I’m really glad you like it:-)
Very impressive – both the tall building and your photography! Working in the vertical dimension is so difficult!
Lol-Tell me about! It definitely puts a strain on your neck(especially if your’e only 5’2,like myself) Thanks so Much for liking this one:-)
Lovely capture like the repeated shapes.
Thanks Karen;it’s a really interesting-looking building:-)
