So envious. I have not had a good photo yet of an otter. They are stunning.

  • Robyn Carter replied

I took heaps of photos of them – most of htem ended up on the scrap heap. They move so fast. However out of tall the ones i took i have abut 6 half decent ones:)

i swear one of our cats has some otter in her the way she moves. anyway, what a face. great capture Robyn. well done.

  • Robyn Carter replied

I was watching them move for ages yesterday at the zoo. They seem to waddle their hind legs. they are incredibly graceful i teh water though. These chaps were waiting to be fed, so every now they would stand on hind legs and look out into the zoo to see if their keepers were arriving with their fish. Which is why i could get some good shots yesterday, as usually they just don’t sit still.

Glad you like it and thanks :)
