1.If your born tired then you live to stay tired
2. Love your bed as you Love thyself.
3. If you see someone resting help show them how.
4. Rest during the day so you can sleep at night.
5. Work is SACRED DO NOT DO IT..
6. What can be done tomorrow, Don’t do today.
7. Work as little as possible. If not find someone who will finish it for you.
8. Nobody ever died resting too much on the contray they look younger.
9. When you feel like working sit down and let the feeling pass.
10.If working is good for the health then let the sick work

lol….I work with some of those people…I think they know these commandments…they focus on the number 7….lol…thanks for making me see the humor in there actions.I’m going to think of this 2morrow,while at work. :)
