Rob this is a good image with great composition it must span 11 stops. Wonderful leading lines in the foreground pool with the rays of the setting sun pulling me back down to the stark silhouetted rock formations. The composition just keeps my eye in the frame where the light reflecting from the small central pool is paramount.
Give yourself a pat on the back. If it was mine I’d be proud of it.

HDR – meaning High Dynamic Range – usually a blend of a number of bracketed exposures to capture the full dynamic range of an image..thanks for your comment…cheers, Rob..

this is phenomenal work – the coloring it fantastic. i assume you are using hdr – how do you compensate for movement in the waves?

Thanks for your comments…although I do use hdr a fair bit, this particular shot is not hdr…single exposure with 3 stop grad. nd…cheers, Rob.
