The Blue, Blue Similans
The Similan Islands are simply jewels in the Andaman Sea…Sth. West Thailand Coast. I don’t think I’ve ever seen water quite so blue and clear…and that’s saying something having dived for around 20 years now. The Similans with their large granite boulders leading into the turquoise water and powder white beaches also being a photographers paradise. Polarizer getting a work out on this day…!!.

Such fabulous colors. And the rocks, they trigger my imagination. Like someone said, they look really 3D and in my eyes, they look like a stranded whale. His tail in front and his body with his head in an angle towards the beach.
