    Fantastic shot….ive been taking some of ICI at Runcorn tonight! These ugly chemical plants are certainly transformed at night…love the work

    It’s not far from where Carol (cags) is talking about, it’s a small plant near Helsby, Cheshire. It might be part of the Shell Stanlow Oil Refinery but I have yet to find out.
