We’re under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning right now…not the worst thing, and it looks like things should be OK. But I’ve been in a tornado (just a small one) and I’ve witnessed a boat founder in a waterspout. This image is dedicated to all the people who have fallen victim to the incredible destruction caused by these Visitors Upon the Winds.
This image is an edited fractal that I painted. It’s the first time I’ve tried to do a painting of a figure on a fractal (although I’ve added lots of brushstrokes to add shapes and colors to fractals). I’m waaaaaaaay out of my comfort-zone with this one, so I hope someone likes it!

well, Robs, you constantly surprise me….
I don’t like it, I love it , actually.
I could see one of the witches of Oz somewhere there…..and maybe Toto is somwhere there too :)
We are being threatened by floods, London is at rosk of going under water and the rains started last night….only we are about to leave to SouthAamerica, though, with Argentina being the second place in most deaths with the swine flu… I’m not sure if I don’t rather swim my way in the water of London’s summer… is winter in Argentina right now…taugh desitions (not sure if I change the tickets…)
This just brought all those feelings back…amazing, very, very powerful, I would say you can go into this kind of image very comfortably!!! :)
