Story of an Eye.
Image inspired after talking to my Aussie darling Lil’ Helen, a sort of iconic antagonism the ‘Easter’. Was thinking on the appropriation of pagan festivals and fertility rites by Christian religious institutions, and had to do something to fling some well crafted anger back in the face. The holiday here in the U.S. is simplistic, saccharin, consumption oriented, and an intolerable load of misguided happiness. I am much more fond of the ‘Easter Bilby’. haha.
