Scarlet-and-green Leafhopper (Graphocephala coccinea).
I don’t know why they’re called that because they look more scarlet and blue to me.
With my piece-of-crap 7.1 MP camera I cropped one of these down to 600×450 and even then it didn’t come close to filling the frame like this. You must have a lot of pixels to play with.
