Magnificent! Not only did the climb uphill produce some wonderful steam, she would have sounded wonderful too I am sure! and there is nothing quite like the smell of coal from a steam train : )

super shot , reminds me of the good old days of steam , there are still a few steam trains left in the UK but only ones in tourist places like small mountain railways.

Your very thoughtful approach to making this photograph has paid off handsomely mate.
There is indeed a great volume of billowing smoke and a goodly burst of steam emanating from this very interesting iron horse.
Great point of view, depth offield, focus, colours and contrast.
