OK I don’t actually remember the label; its a bit before my time but this recreation of a a vintage label makes a great Retro T-shirt which dates back to the 1940’s!
That said, if you do have a tin still lying around it should still be OK just check the wear by date on the bottom :o)

Ah yes, I remember when Corned Beef was a staple and was really cheap. However, the corned beef-associated typhoid outbreak in 1964 in Aberdeen almost destroyed the Corned Beef industry and you could not buy Corned Beef for years in Scotland. When it made its comeback is was a lot more expensive than it once was …
