Meerkats at Dusk (Monoprint)-
This work is a monoprint created from painting in one of the original black and white etchings. I used acrylic washes to create a painterly stylized original work. The deeper colors capture an interesting evening glow within the subject and the landscape has richer, saturated blues and greens. The original copper plate size was 3in. X 5in. It was printed and painted in 2004. For any further information regarding the work, please view the black and white etching that is entitled, “Meerkats”.
Meerkats at Dusk (Monoprint)- belongs to the following groups:
Complex Simplicity of Art, DaDa Land, Mixed Media and Printmakers and PrintmakingAvailable for sale as Cards and Matted Prints
