Meerkats at Dawn (Monoprint)-

This is a monoprint piece. It is a metal etching print that was painted in with acrylic washes to enhance the overall tonal properties of the print, and to add translucent coloration. The subjects also have touches of copper acrylic to add a metallic sheen to them. The original dimensions of the plate were 3in. X 5in. It was printed and painted in 2004.     Thanks Paul, the print was painted quickly, and there is copper acrylic within the subject, so the originals have a nice overall property… Thanks again for the comment, take good care-
