Wow! So sharp and great detail. In the early spring in late summer I can drive down any highway and see one on each fence post, like 20 in a row. They always look so great in the feld on a reed, I want to stop and photograph them, but I’m always in a hurry. It’s so cool to hear of thers around the world having never seen one. That’s what’s so cool about RB , I get to see wildlife from all around the globe. Thanks for sharing this beauty, Robert!

It is in a very good pose and its angular perch makes for a nice dynamic image.

Great capture Rob, I just love these birds, we have tons of them here in Cache Valley, along with the beautiful yellow-headed ones, which are just stunners as well. The red wing ones are really clever birds as well. ;-)
