My name is Phil, and photography is a long-standing passion of mine. You can see more of my work on my blog

If you see something on that you would like to purchase a print or card of but can’t find it here, please don’t hesitate to send me a BubbleMail, and I will put it up here and let you know when it’s available. Additionally, if you feel strongly about an image but would like it better in B&W (or color), I can accommodate you, just let me know.

One could describe my work as ‘eclectic’. Since it defies easy categorization, I have the freedom to play with all types of subjects and shooting or processing styles. I enjoy everything from abstracts, travel, street, B&W, portrait, to nudes, dance, and experimental/weird stuff!

In real life, I’m a massage therapist and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, and I also have a part-time office job.

And in a former life, I used to be a professional ballet dancer. I’m originally from Switzerland, but have been living in the US for the last 20 years.

New upload and update

Kiss in the Park is my latest upload. I consider myself very lucky to have been at the right time at the right place! This shot is completely natural and unposed. (Believe me, I would have insisted on a perfect match, had I known and posed this couple :)). / On another note, I wasn’t quite ready to abandon my “artistic vision,” and so I devised a possible workaround to the sq…

New and not so new uploads

I recently bought Genuine Fractals 5, a program that does a better job at up-sizing than PS’s bicubic smooth algorithm. It’s allowed me to increase the size of “Soaring” so that now it’s available as a large print as well. I plan on redoing my other images soon…been very busy, recently! / On another note, I can’t seem to figure out how to size Soaring fo…
