Very pleased with this picture from the arctic parts of Norway.
Picture was taken at the small village of Blokken in the Vesterålen archipelago, Norway on April 3, 2012.
Here’s the constellation of Pleiades and Venus, and with a solid dash of North Light.
Nice reflection in the sea, as well.
In just a few days it will be to much light even in the middle of the night as we’re heading towards the time of year when the sun rises above the horizon all 24 hours of the day (midnight sun).
Across the sound is Langøya island.
Camera: Canon EOS 7D, with Tokina 11-16 mm f/2,8.
Settings: ISO 640, 15 seconds exposure, f/ 3.5, 12 mm
