It had been raining and blowing for days on end when the clouds cracked up a little.
Often there are problems taking Aurora pictures in bright moonlight. But this time it was just great. It lighten up the clouds and made them very nice and dramatic.
In the distance the mountains of Lyngen alps rise up from the fjord. The tops are covered in the first grains of snow.
