from the darkness…beauty

amanita, darkness, mushroom, black and white, monochrome

not much to tell…
mostly see in black to white,
occasionally in colour…

“the obscure we see eventually…
the completely obvious, it seems, takes longer…”

Definitely one of the absolute coolest mushroom pictures I`ve ever seen :-)
Dark, emotive… and yeah, beautiful. In a bio-fungal sort of way…
    Awesome lighting and framing too.
    This is great work!

  • a most gracious comment, thank you Bill

It has been lovely here..not too cold and lots of sun. Our fall colours are still out, we still have blooming roses… and I actually saw a butterfly yesterday. Got to love that in November. How is life on the west coast Mister? Nice to see your back. Love your collection of B&W’s.

  • Going to try and catch up on so many fine works…I really missed the excellance here (in works, but more importantly people) ….thanks for your gracious comments and warm welcome Debra!
